A queer show that looks at the dance floor as a site of protest, belonging, identity and desire. It will use the testimony of LGBTIQ+ people from across the generations, the aesthetic of the dance floor and the dramaturgy of the DJ set to explore how queer spaces bring people together. It will celebrate age & experience and dance with youth & new ideas.

Based on Professor Michael King's 2009 report 'The response of mental health professionals to clients seeking help to change or redirect their same-sex sexual orientation', in which he uncovers that one in six UK health professionals have assisted at least one client to reduce their gay or lesbian feelings.
